BOUNDARY/PROPERTY SURVEYS
Sonsalla Land Surveying provides boundary/property surveying services of all scopes and sizes. Each survey performed involves thorough research of historical records and an in-depth field survey recovering existing survey monuments, lines of occupation and other features that may impact the location of your property lines. Once completed, a detailed analysis of all the collected information is conducted by applying the appropriate boundary law doctrines before providing a professional opinion of the location of your property lines. A survey map is then provided detailing all of the information obtained and depicting the surveyed property.
SUBDIVISION PLATS
Subdivision and zoning ordinances have become more restrictive in recent years. Deciphering all the regulations can be overwhelming and quite tedious. CERTIFIED SURVEY MAPS
Certified Survey Maps are frequently required for the subdividing of land in Wisconsin. The regulations often vary by jurisdiction and can be cumbersome at times. Sonsalla Land Surveying is fully capable of providing your Certified Survey Map, from start to finish, while conforming to local and state ordinances.
ALTA/NSPS LAND TITLE SURVEYS
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, no matter the size, are another service provided by Sonsalla Land Surveying. Every ALTA/NSPS Survey is performed to the most current minimum standards.
